nolifetolife

Its been a while since i have had the advantage to pen up any of those random thoughts which occupy most of my time. Ahh not so great a reason behind it i guess its a form of laziness ;P or could be that i have gotten into the habit of sharing it instantly with my element on the other side. Dont know...

Approximately an year ago from now I had been to this place close to north india. They call it a city of lakes i guess if I am not wrong. Stayed over in a well furnished place for a little longer than two weeks trying to rip off my laptop keys, buying a camera, discovering what goes into MSC switches and what not. Eating something! A thing i was forced to eat as a child for which i hated them so much had now become a delicacy! I rejoiced it. Perhaps i saw something which made sense!

They grow on any soil and mushroom out of scarce care for rarely the farmer has enough time to look at every piece of seed that’s born, be it grarm or lentil; all share the same fate. They ought to grow on their own, ensure that they take adequate food from the stem they are attached to; the plant; so that they remain healthy. Growing older each hour these seeds turn harder over time just enough to ensure they remain safe from being hurt by the external forces. Just hard enough. Once off age these seeds fall off themselves, a few mingling into the ground to form a new life and at times the being plucked by the farmer for his own survival. For the plucked ones, from that moment there’s a tussle between creating the destiny and going by the destiny to what the seed is perhaps destined to. Some are packaged into large containers, some into sacks and some into pet jars. Some are picked up with along with a few million seeds in groups. A few go alone. Some cooked over with the best spice and some remain uncooked. Some mingle with the nature as waste and a few of those have the advantage to be a reason. The reason for evolution.

I took a few from the nearest more store on the first day. Tried to sprout them unfortunately turning them waste black. On the second trial over two days they did sprout!

The seeds once turned hard and dead by situation softened overnight with the abundant water. From no life to life they graduated over the dark night. Germinated and split within into parts which would have been equally painful but to let that soft root out of it for it probably knows that this would be the reason for multiple lives here after, the plant, the flowers and the seeds. Trying to push itself at the base of everything the root. Awed I am at the simple things and the dynamics that govern evolution and the striking similarity between them. Perhaps a lot like love.

Where would the roots go from here? What would happen to the seeds? How would the end be? As of the end I dont know, but as they say every beginning has an end and that love ends in time. Perhaps… Perhaps not!  I wonder. From where I stand I see  this little seed, which will only continue to grow and be the reason for continued evolution. It may not exist in a form which our senses seek, for example our eyes or touch yet at the same time, denial of the fact that it exists can again be questioned. Something I guess are just as beautiful and with time you discover the meaning of why, in-turn deriving happiness… the way it happened for me… Perhaps the way we did sprout and saw things inexpressible... dear…

A thought provoking article ....."split within into parts which would have been equally painful".....shows the depth of your thinking which is thoughtful and commendable

Yes rarely the farmer has enough time to look at every piece of seed that’s born, but still he can feel them all..
Isn’t is that a few seeds have to share the fate of all those it accompanies.. like the ones you tried to sprout on first attempt.. wonder if all were destined to turn waste black.. may be a few out of them just had no way to escape.. the ones who wanted to create the destiny but had to go by the destiny in the existing environment and circumstances.. And vice versa holds true for those seeds that were a part of second attempt.. may be some were just lucky enough to be a part!... still they all had to go through that dark night in order to attain life from no life..
The outcomes based on inter dependency of each others actions!..
Guess there exists some factor; unknown, unidentified n unexplainable yet a lot more meaningful.. :)
