Tiring journey to Pune on feet, 4 hours, in the train! all standing ......

"Hello everyone,
Let me switch of my cell phone before its starts humming! I am sure each one of us holds a cell, knowingly or unknowingly are becoming increasingly dependent on technology. Each one of us has secrets, so do I. Looking back, i have never shared certain secrets with anyone yet i keep that in my inbox or sms inbox! We trust the so called innocent technology.

Imagine for a moment this innocent device emits the message you wrote, without your knowledge, it is passed on to a third person who decides to modify it and sends it accross to your beloved. From my view I see agile, vibrant managers who will manage teams of tommorrow, some of you will be nurturing young teams to achieve impossible goals. A deeper thought would reveal that you will become increasingly dependent on the so called innocent technology whom you trust. And at any point you will never like them to defy you!!!!

Thus if we try and understand how these creatures work we might be in a favourable state of protecting ourselves ..........."

Thats how it all started. Its nice to see young people with agile minds, the yet to be managers. I was awed by the discipline and interest these people showed.
