a journey to an end

My legs were seemingly dead! as if the blood flow in my leg had stopped, they seemed cold with the chilling atmosphere of the NEETA volvo from Pune to mumbai. The day was long and tiring, yeah fast too. i talked to her, i had promised to call her if i was ever in Pune. Meeting her was not possible as she stayed at "ON" and me in Shivaji nagar, geographically opposite! The other one was getting married! Both of them had been close friends of mine. It seemed so lonely as the sky started growing darker with the stars froming beautiful patterns as they twinkled. I did miss her innoncence and the smile which i have been longing for these days, perhaps it was my mistake may be not!

With those never stopping thoughts of her its hard to keep my eyes shut as she moves past my mind sometimes smiling, questioning, asking, gowing away ... never turning back. Had to stare outside inspite of the pain i had cuz i cant sleep anymore with her thoughts.

At about 8:20 Pm a clean sierra, probably 5 years old, passed by. Approximately 3 people stuffed beside the driver, and at the back was a large container with poor ALIVE hen/Cock/Chicken all stacked. For a moment i went to become a chicken, among them. He says (the cock), "u will be slaughtered by morning u know". All are shivering, climbing above one another, packed together we are all kept to see our end. Some to be on the plates
of the rich community, roasted with fresh Indian spice, and some of us to be fired and soaked in the soup to travel along with the thik fluid from the person's mouth thrugh the food pipe and out, but not in a lively state to feel the pinch, heat or the red vessel path we would probably pass through. Ahhh its so hard to be one.

Poor creatures stacked together on a journey to their end.

Wild animals never kill for sport. Man is the only one to whom the torture and death of his fellow creatures is amusing in itself.” - J A Froude
