The entrepreneurial fever

The constant thing being change i am awed at the changes occurring! IIMA recently announced allocation of funds and resources for budding IIM entrepreneurs. With the rising tendency of Indian economy by an unofficial factor of 13% the young mass have the choice of taking the advantage of emerging sectors like retail .. travel .. tourism .. it service ... infact a lot to mention. These young mass have the advantage of spawning new businesses .. building new economies. That sounds so great and opportunistic.

Almost every being i meet pops an idea in front of me to start a new business of his/her own. Self owned - self governed enterprise. Infact my inbox is quite often filled with mails from people across the globe aiming for a startup.

Its nice .. so nice ...

But the sad part is these people see businesses as mere MONEY MINT's if i can term them, with few expectationals though. Every day on my tour to places and clients i come accross 10's of different firms you might have never heard of .. but they exist and operate making legitimate profits. Strange factor being their vision which is nothing more than becoming an X crore firm by the end of 2007 - 2008 ... etc. Isnt that pathetic?

Even i would want to become a part but am afraid that this entrepreneurial fever doesn't just make unworthy money-mints ... truly dear there are a lot of mints with least social sense .. please spare the society.

Would you prefer a MONEY MINT? Is it worth building the MINT?

[b]I firmly agree with you and appreciate you....the concept of corporate progress has found monetary progress a deciding parameter supressing qualitative outlook of the working group , shattering the true spontanity...

Just one question comes 2 mah mind "Will materialism destroy creativity/spontaenity or creativity/spontaenity destroy materialism ??? "
